Message from the Bud Pierce for Governor Campaign

Dear GOP county leadership, PCP's and central committee/republican women members,

For those of you whom I have not yet had the pleasure to meet or speak with, my name is Andrea Raffle and I am the Field Director with the Bud Pierce for Governor campaign. This letter has a lot of important information for all of you and hopefully it will answer many of the questions that you may have. I want to thank each and every one of you for your support of our campaign and all of the hard work you have already put into this election cycle.
First I am going to touch on all of the Volunteer opportunities that we have within our campaign. I’ll start with yard signs. I know that yard signs are being asked for by lots of people. At the current moment we are totally out of yard signs but just put in our first huge order of 1000+ yard signs and around 600 4x4 and 4x8 signs. If someone would like you place their name on our list for a sign they can do that here

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1qhiZI86QDqBEyY8qJ1kFM9W4RsofPjSlXwgGnH-jQi8/viewform .

We will be contacting everyone on our list as soon as we have signs in our office. As for the 4x4 and 4x8 signs, PLEASE let us know of any good areas in your county that we should be putting them. We are putting a map together of places so that once it’s time they can just go up.
Next we have canvassing. We are planning on hitting lots of doors over these next few months and working with our other republican candidates so that we all cover as many doors as possible. We are cutting walk books and also using the i-360 phone app for our door knocking. If you know of anyone that is ready to start door knocking please send them my way andrea@budpierce.com so that I can get them set up within our program and with literature. We already have volunteers walking daily and can always use more.
As of this week our call from home portal is ready to go. For those in the Salem area our office is open daily (2001 Front St NE) where we are making calls but we now have the ability for everyone across the state to make calls from the comfort of their home. This easy to use portal works on either your computer with a microphone, a laptop or smart phone if you have one which contains the script and dials the numbers for you. If anyone has problems with the portal, we are able to send printed scripts and lists as well. We have a goal of 25,000 calls this month and would love some extra help to go above and beyond that monthly goal.
Even though we’ve been recently getting some great press we are starting a letter to the editor campaign to introduce all Oregonians to Bud’s message. I have attached a spread sheet with many of the Oregon newspapers information of where to send your letters to. If anyone is interested in drafting up some letters for others to use as a template, please let me know so that I can get you in contact with our communications director as she would love to have some help with drafting those.
The parade/fair/market season is upon us and our Bud Pierce ground force is trying to cover as many of these events across the state as possible. If you are interested in tabling at your local market or a community event, let us get you set up with literature and pins to distribute when you meet supporters!
Winning this election is going to be hard work from all of us, but we can certainly turn much of Oregon red this election with your help. If you are interested in helping in any of these capacities or have another way in which you would like to help out our team, we are excited for all and any ideas. To get involved fill out this form http://www.budpierce.com/get-involved/ and a member of our staff will get in touch with you or email me directly at andrea@budpierce.com . We also have a volunteer Facebook page which all of you are welcome in requesting to join https://www.facebook.com/groups/143564432717132/ . I look forward to working with each and every one of you through the election!
Best,
Andrea Raffle Bud Pierce for Governor Office
