HJR 31 Legislative Impeachment Powers

A Stuck ALERTContact the Senate Rules Committee NOW !
Sine Die is near!
YOUR VOICE IS NEEDED

HJR 31 is a bill establishing a means for the state to impeach an executive who has committed heinous crimes against the citizens of Oregon and the only State that does not give that authority to the Legislature.
This bill is being held in your committee, apparently to keep it out of the legislative process.
Be it known that Oregon Citizen's Lobby is in favor of this bill and we demand that it be put through the legislative process immediately.
It passed the House 47-12 and is sponsored by most of the House Representatives. It should be passed through the Senate!
